I recently purchased a used 2006 Acura RSX Type-S with a manual transmission from Mr. Bill Shihab on 10/08/2019, from Auto World PA. I am thrilled with the vehicle. The car was in good shape, and was well taken care of by the dealership. The customer service was excellent. Mr. Bill Shihab is passion...ate about his work and cars. He is a shrewd car salesman of good character, providing all the background information available to him and answering any question I had about the vehicle. Purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from AutoWorld. I drove from NH to make this purchase. I traded in a 2002 Avalanche. Everything initially was done via phone and email. I dealt mostly with Bill. also during the process I dealt with Mike, Jeremy and Rodney. I can't say enough about how excellent and ...professional they all were. Dealing with Bill was like working with an old friend. This was an 8 hour drive for me. I was very hesitant and cautious about traveling that distance to purchase a vehicle. The Avalanche was exactly as described and what I was looking for. The deal we made on the phone was honored. Buying from AutoWorld was a very positive experience. I would make the trip again for another vehicle from AutoWorld. Show more

I purchased a 2000 Ford Ranger Pick-up and there was no hassle with the buying process. We agreed on a price fast and the vehicle was ready to be picked up the next day as we agreed upon. Bill was helpful on making sure the truck was how I needed it to drive happy. I know they could use more help wi...th the phones, but otherwise a good experience, especially with a used vehicle. Overall great Service. I would definitely recommend who ever is looking for a vehicle to go and try and purchase it at this dealer. They made sure I got what I wanted. Just to give you an example of the work and customer service I received by the Auto World PA team. I came from Jersey. I had to do s...omething call in transit out of state plate. So on a Saturday late afternoon it was a little difficult to get. So owner jumped in his car and took me with him and he made sure and found a place to get me a temp plate and leave the dealer driving my new vehicle. everybody was very nice and they made sure they do what they can to get driving home with your new car. Mike was one of the easiest sales people I've ever dealt with. I've purchased over 30 new and used vehicles and he by far was one of the best. No pressure, willing to work to the best of their ability within your budget and was more than patient with me through the process. Awesome dealership. Jeremy went well and beyond than he needed to. He stayed late on a weekend until the deal was closed. They had the lowest mileage Pontiac G6 GT in the whole United States which made me put my hands up. Now I'm feelin fly like a G6!!!
