Very easy process with great customer service. We drove to New York City and got hassled. It was a refreshing to find honest people. We should have just came here first. I recommend to all.

New in town and needing a used car, my parents and I met with a rep at Auto World to see the car I had researched and chosen. The rep explained the purchasing procedure before scheduling an inspection at our request. Having returned a few days later with the required paperwork, the rep was prepared:... he efficiently processed the transfer before inviting me outside for a meticulous review of the features and controls of my newly-inspected and cleaned older model car. Before handing me the keys, he assured I was comfortable and had no further questions. It was a pleasure working with this rep whose knowledge, kindness and professionalism deserve a recommendation.
