The staff at Auto World was wonderful. They were courteous and attentive throughout the whole process. Not only did they help me purchase the vehicle but did their best to ensure my comfort throughout the process. They keep a clean space and were attentive to our needs.

Purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from AutoWorld. I drove from NH to make this purchase. I traded in a 2002 Avalanche. Everything initially was done via phone and email. I dealt mostly with Bill. also during the process I dealt with Mike, Jeremy and Rodney. I can't say enough about how excellent and ...professional they all were. Dealing with Bill was like working with an old friend. This was an 8 hour drive for me. I was very hesitant and cautious about traveling that distance to purchase a vehicle. The Avalanche was exactly as described and what I was looking for. The deal we made on the phone was honored. Buying from AutoWorld was a very positive experience. I would make the trip again for another vehicle from AutoWorld. Show more

I purchased a 2000 Ford Ranger Pick-up and there was no hassle with the buying process. We agreed on a price fast and the vehicle was ready to be picked up the next day as we agreed upon. Bill was helpful on making sure the truck was how I needed it to drive happy. I know they could use more help wi...th the phones, but otherwise a good experience, especially with a used vehicle.
